GRAY PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT DALLAS—Steve G. Gray, a commercial real estate professional with more than a decade of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth retail market, has been promoted to vice president and director of D-FW Cencor Realty Services leased properties. In this position, Gray directs and also handles the retail project representation for a portfolio of D-FW-area retail centers controlled Cencor Realty Services. Gray is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He received a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of North Texas in Denton.
