RESTAURANT PROPERTIES PURCHASED FOR INVESTMENT
CEDAR PARK—Brad Bailey, senior
vice president and director of investment sales – Central Texas for The
Weitzman Group, representing the seller, and Ryder Jeanes, a senior vice
president with Weitzman’s Commercial Retail Division, representing the
purchaser, have negotiated the sale of a two-restaurant property, Whitestone
Square, to a Dallas-based limited partnership.
Whitestone Square, located at 1105 North Bell Boulevard, features two restaurant
properties on separate pad sites shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and was
purchased as an investment. The purchase price was not disclosed. The
transaction involved a 2,547-square-foot Pizza Hut and a ground lease for Long
John Silver’s quick-service seafood restaurant.
