June 11, 2011 JUST FITNESS LOCATES ON BELT LINE ROAD IN DALLAS DALLAS—Just Fitness 4 U, a popular national fitness operation that is expanding in Dallas-Fort Worth, has leased 18,900 square feet of anchor space in Spring Creek Village, a shopping center located at 7989 Belt Line Road, for its sixth D-FW location. Marc Marrocco, Perren Gasc and Beau Barkerding with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group represented Just Fitness 4 U. Just Fitness 4 U, which currently operates locations in Dallas, Carrollton, Mesquite, Plano and Hurst, also operates in several national markets, including Atlanta and Salt Lake City. The Weitzman Group is representing the fitness chain on its D-FW expansion.
