June 8, 2011 ABOCA'S ITALIAN LOCATES IN MEADOW CENTRAL DALLAS—Aboca’s Italian Grill, a restaurant specializing in Italian specialties, has leased 2,930 square feet of retail space in Meadow Central Market, a community center located at 10455 N. Central Expressway at Meadow Lane, for its second location. Austin Schenkel and Grant Gold with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Aboca’s Italian Grill also operates a location on S. Central Expressway in Richardson. The restaurant’s extensive menu features salads, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, oven-baked dishes, and chicken, veal and seafood specialties. At Meadow Central Market, Aboca’s Italian Grill joins a line-up that includes Tom Thumb, CVS Pharmacy, Denny’s, Apple Orthodontix, AT&T and many more.
