SWAGAT LOCATES IN ROUND ROCK CROSSING ROUND ROCK—Swagat Restaurant, a restaurant specializing in Indian food, has leased 2,500 square feet of space in Round Rock Crossing, a regional-draw center located at 3107-3011 IH-35 South at its intersection with SH-45. Adam Zimel and Travis Robertson with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. At Round Rock Crossing, Swagat Restaurant joins a line-up that includes Target, Best Buy, Michaels, Stein Mart, Dollar Tree, Anna’s Linens and more. . .
