CATHY'S CLEANERS LOCATES IN MLK AUSTIN—Cathy’s Cleaners & Alterations, a full-service dry cleaner that also offers alterations of any kind, operating in Austin for nearly two decades, has leased a 1,296-square-foot freestanding retail building located at 500 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Britt Morrison with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as for the cleaners. Cathy’s, which has been named Best Dry Cleaners in Austin by The Austin Chronicle, also operates a downtown location on West 3rd Street. . . .
