TEXAS APPLIANCE BUYS RETAIL BUILDING HURST—The Weitzman Group has negotiated the sale of a 71,000-square-foot retail building located at 840 Airport Freeway (SH-183) in Hurst on behalf of the seller, Syms Corporation. Richard Polishuk and Christopher Walker with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the seller. Doug Jennings of the William C. Jennings Company represented the purchaser. Texas Appliance Supply, Inc., will occupy 26,500 square feet of the building, giving the company its third location in Tarrant County. Texas Appliance is a locally owned and operated major residential appliance dealer serving both the retail and builder needs. Texas Appliance offers more than 40 major quality brands and boasts one of the largest displays of built-in and freestanding appliances in the state of Texas. There remains 45,000 square feet available for lease in this highly visible retail center. . . . .
