YOGURT SHOP LOCATES IN WATAUGA TOWNE CENTER WATAUGA—Applelicious, a frozen yogurt shop, has leased 1,600 square feet of retail space in Watauga Towne Center, located at the intersection of Denton Highway and North Tarrant Parkway, for a new location. Guy Grivas and Christopher Walker with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Miller Commercial Realty represented the retailer. At Watauga Towne Center, Applelicious joins a line-up that includes Albertsons, EyeMasters, Chase Bank, Panera Bread, Wendy’s, Panda Express and many more.
