AARON'S RENTS LOCATES AT EASTGATE GARLAND—Aaron’s Rents, the nation’s leader in sales and lease ownership of residential and office furniture, consumer electronics and home appliances and accessories, has leased 8,170 square feet of retail space in Eastgate, retail redevelopment project located at 4445 Saturn Road, for a new location. Marc Marrocco with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the retailer. Earl Harris and Gordon Atkinson with Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. Michael Hogg, real estate manager for Aaron’s, directed the transaction. Eastgate is located on Saturn Road at its intersection with Northwest Highway.
