September 23 FUZZY'S TACO SHOP LEASES SECOND ARLINGTON LOCATION ARLINGTON—Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, a casual, affordable restaurant offering fine Mexican food, has leased 3,700 square feet of retail space in Stanton Plaza, a shopping center located at 4201 W. Green Oaks Boulevard, for its second Arlington location. Earl Harris and Steve Gray with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, which has located in Arlington, Fort Worth, Denton, North Richland Hills and Lubbock, features a large menu that includes appetizers and soups, salads, tacos, burritos, Mexican dinners, grilled sandwiches and breakfast. Fuzzy’s Taco Shop also will feature ice-cold beer and Margaritas. Fuzzy’s original location is on Berry Street in Fort Worth. The new Arlington location should open during the first quarter of 2010. . |
