SOUTHLAKE—Nordstrom Rack officially opened its only Tarrant County location in Southlake on Friday, August 21. The renowned retailer opened in a 35,000-square-feet store in Shops of Southlake, a lifestyle shopping center located at the intersection of E. Southlake Boulevard and S. Carroll Avenue, across from Southlake Town Square. Hundreds of people showed up Friday morning for grand-opening specials.

Nordstrom Rack anchors a new 50,000-square-foot expansion for the center. Nordstrom Rack is a unit of Seattle-based Nordstrom, Inc. Nordstrom Rack is the company’s off-price retail division, offering savings of 30 to 70 percent on apparel and accessories for women, men and children, including one of the most extensive collections of name-brand shoes available.
