BABIES "R" US RENEWS IN ADDISON TOWN CENTER ADDISON—Babies “R” Us has renewed its lease for 35,000 square feet of retail space at Addison Town Center, a regional-draw center located at the southeast corner of Belt Line Road at Marsh Lane. Christopher Young and Austin Schenkel with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. Babies “R” Us is one of several high-profile anchors at Addison Town Center. The center also features Target, Kroger Signature, PetSmart and Office Depot, as well as Dots, Sally Beauty, T-Mobile, Blockbuster and many more. The Weitzman Group is the exclusive leasing agent for Addison Town Center. Cencor Realty Services manages the center under the direction of Property Manager Susan Steelhammer . |
