CARL'S JR. BUYS SITE IN DENTON'S LOOP 288 RETAIL DISTRICT DENTON—Carl’s Jr., celebrating more than 65 years in the quick-service industry, has purchased .93 acres of land at 1707 South Loop 288, in the heart of the Loop 288 retail district, for its first Denton location. Michelle Caplan and Elizabeth Nabholtz with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the seller. Venture Commercial represented the purchaser. The Loop 288 retail district, Denton's busiest shopping district, features an array of regional and national concepts, as well as Denton's only mall.
