			February 16, 2009 BJ'S RESTAURANT & BREWHOUSE LOCATES IN TOWN EAST MALL MESQUITE—BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, a casual dining restaurant offering an extensive menu, has leased 9,000 square feet of retail space in Town East Mall, a superregional mall located at E. Town East Boulevard and I-635. Brian Glaser, president of the Commercial Retail D/FW division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations for the restaurant as its exclusive tenant representative. The restaurant will contain seating for approximately 280 guests and feature BJ's extensive menu that includes BJ's signature deep-dish pizza, award winning handcrafted beer and famous Pizookie® dessert. BJ's highly detailed, contemporary décor and unique video statement, including several high definition flat panel televisions, create a high energy, fun and family-friendly dining environment for everyone to enjoy. Dillard’s, Macy’s, JCPenney and Sears anchor Town East Mall, one of the leading malls in the Dallas area. .
