BUILDING PURCHASED FOR RESTAURANT USE DALLAS—A Dallas-based investor has purchased a 5,300-square-foot freestanding building located at 7474 Cockrell hill Road for an undisclosed price. The building has been leased to Chubby’s Family Restaurant. Eddie Liebman, senior vice president with the Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations. The Cockrell Hill location will be Chubby’s fourth in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
