JIMMY JOHN'S LOCATES IN IRVING

IRVING— Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sub Shop, known for its fresh, quality products and high-speed execution, has purchased 33,000 square feet of land at the southeast corner of I-635 (LBJ Freeway) and Belt Line Road for an undisclosed price.

Eddie Liebman, senior vice president with the Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations for the purchaser. The seller, Cross Development Company, was represented by Cross’ Scott Rose.

Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich Shop, founded in 1983, now has corporate and franchise locations throughout much of the U.S.
