April 3, 2008 DOTS LOCATES PROTOTYPE STORE IN ADDISON TOWN CENTER  ADDISON—Dots, a women’s retailer known for its affordable, fresh fashion offered in a fun and friendly atmosphere, has leased 4,775 square feet of retail space in Addison Town Center, a power retail center located at the southeast corner of Belt Line Road and Marsh Lane, for one of its first new prototype stores in D/FW. Tony Albanese and David Zoller with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the shopping center. City Venture Group represented the retailer. Dots, which opened its first retail location in Ohio in 1987, now operates more than 400 locations. The retailer offers affordable lifestyle apparel designed to make it the primary destination for fashionable, cost-conscious women. The prototype store will feature Dots new logo, store design and color scheme. Addison Town Center features a strong retail line-up that includes Target, Kroger Signature, PETsMART, Babies “R” Us, Office Depot, Starbucks and more.
