ADDISON—AVENUE, a specialty retailer of women’s contemporary, fashionable plus-size career and casual clothing, shoes and accessories, has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in Prestonwood Town Center, a new power retail project located at Belt Line Road and Montfort Drive, for a new location.  

Michelle Caplan with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for AVENUE. Staubach Retail Services represented the shopping center. AVENUE operates approximately 500 stores in the United States.
Prestonwood Town Center features a strong line-up that includes Wal-Mart Supercenter, Barnes & Noble, Circuit City, Petco and others.
