FISH EXPRESS LOCATES IN HALL PARK PAVILION FRISCO—Fish Express, a fast-casual restaurant that specializes in heart healty fare, has leased 2,200 square feet of space in Hall Park Pavilion, a retail center located at the southwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway. Earl Harris and Bryan Grossman with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the center. The restaurant was represented by Scott Rose with Cross Development. Hall Park Pavilion is located peripheral to the massive Hall Office Park, a 162-acre development that will feature 3 million square feet of office space and 10,000 employees at build out. Fish Express, a concept of The Dallas Restaurant Group, offers a diverse menu with fish, turkey, chicken, soup, salad and fresh fruits that has been certified heart healthy by Medical City Heart.
