PARTY CITY LEASES NEW SAN ANTONIO LOCATION SAN ANTONIO—Party City, the party supplies superstore, has leased 16,800 square feet of retail space in Fiesta Trail Shopping Center, located at I-10 and De Zavala Road in northwest San Antonio. David Nicolson, president of the San Antonio office of The Weitzman Group, represented Party City. Weingarten Realty Investors represented the shopping center. Fiesta Trail, originally developed by Cencor Realty Services, is anchored by Target, H-E-B grocery, Marshalls, Stein Mart, OfficeMax and Barnes & Noble. . |
