April 2008 ANDREA'S RESTAURANT LOCATES IN DAL-RICH VILLAGE  RICHARDSON—Andrea’s Restaurant, a local favorite for Richardson residents, has leased 5,014 square feet of retail space in Dal-Rich Village, a Whole Foods-anchored shopping center located at the intersection of Coit Road and Belt Line Road. Tony Albanese and  David Zoller with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. The lessor is Dal Rich SC JV. Andrea’s relocated to Dal-Rich from its location on West Arapaho Road. The move provided the restaurant with more space and visibility and allows for the addition of private party rooms at the popular restaurant.
