TACO BELL PURCHASES ROWLETT LOCATION FOR NEW RESTAURANT
ROWLETT— Taco Bell®, the nation’s leading Mexican-style
quick-service restaurant chain, has purchased a 40,840-square-foot pad site
located at the northeast corner of Dalrock and Highway 66. A new Taco Bell
restaurant with drive-thru will be constructed at the site.
Michelle Caplan and Elizabeth Nabholtz with the Commercial Retail Division of
The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. The seller was Weingarten/Investments,
Inc.
The new Taco Bell is set to open in late 2007. Taco Bell serves tacos, burritos,
signature quesadillas, Grilled Stuft Burritos, nachos and other specialty items
such as the Crunchwrap Supreme®, in addition to a wide variety of Big Bell
Value Menu® items. Taco Bell serves more than 36.8 million customers each week
in nearly 5,600 restaurants in the U.S.
