CENCOR COMPLETES FOUR OAKS PLAZA IN SAN ANTONIO

SAN ANTONIO--Cencor Realty Services has completed Four Oaks Plaza, a shopping center near the intersection of FM 3009 and I-35. The center incorporates 30,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail, as well as three pad sites for freestanding users, and is peripheral to a new Wal-Mart Supercenter.

Michael Schoenbrun, city partner in San Antonio for Cencor, directed the development. Karen Waring, regional asset manager and director of property management for Cencor San Antonio, is responsible for asset and property management of the center. Gene Williams and Matt Hoffman with Cencor’s brokerage affiliate, The Weitzman Group, handle leasing.

Retailers at Four Oaks Plaza include Bellacino’s Pizza & Grinders, a neighborhood Italian restaurant concept that is new to the San Antonio area. In addition to pizza, Bellacino’s is well known for its “grinders”, super-sized sandwiches made with generous amounts of meats and cheeses on an Italian roll that is baked and garnished with lettuce and tomato. The first Bellacino’s was founded in the 1950s, and there are now nearly 100 of the restaurants in more than 15 states.

Four Oaks Plaza also includes Bellacino’s co-branded “Bella Creamery”, a mix-in ice cream concept.

Other retailers at the center include AT&T Wireless and Siam Cuisine, a new Thai restaurant. In addition, Chase Bank operates on one of the center’s pad sites
