AVENUE LOCATES IN MEDALLION CENTER DALLAS—Avenue, a specialty retailer of women’s contemporary, fashionable plus-size career and casual clothing, shoes and accessories, has leased 5,774 square feet of retail space in Medallion Center, a Target- and Kohl’s-anchored center at 6412 East Northwest Highway at its intersection with Abrams Road. Michelle Caplan with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. Avenue operates approximately 500 stores in the United States . . |
