BJ'S LOCATES IN McALLEN'S PALM CROSSING McALLEN— BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, a casual dining restaurant offering moderate prices and a wide selection, has purchased a 1.6-acre tract at Palms Crossing, a major mixed-use project of Simon Property Group located at the northeast corner of Ware Road and Expressway 83, for its 63rd location in the country. Brian Glaser, Russel Louis and David Nicolson with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for BJ’s. BJ’s this month opened an approximately 8,500-square-foot freestanding restaurant in front of Palm Crossing. BJ’s offers customers moderate prices and tremendous value on an extensive menu that includes deep-dish pizza as well as sandwiches, salads, desserts, critically acclaimed handcrafted beers and more. BJ's highly detailed, contemporary decor includes several high-definition flat-panel televisions, which create a high energy, fun and family-friendly dining environment. Palms Crossing, a 580,000-square-foot regional center, features Bealls department store, Borders Books & Music, DSW, Cost Plus World Market, P.F.
