SHOE PAVILION LOCATES IN GREAT HILLS STATION AUSTIN—Shoe Pavilion, a leading off-price footwear retailer offering women’s, men’s and children’s designer label and name-brand footwear, has leased 25,673 square feet of retail space in Great Hills Station, a regional center located at the northeast corner of Great Hills Trail and US-183 in the Arboretum area, for its second Austin-area location. Andrew Scroggie, Terri Twomey and Lance Morris handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for Great Hills Station. Rodger Anderson with United Commercial Realty represented the retailer. Great Hills Station is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond and Michaels Stores, and includes restaurants such as Truluck’s and Jason’s Deli. Shoe Pavilion will open in Great Hills in August. Shoe Pavilion, which opens at Great Hills Station on August 12, also operates a new location in Mueller Regional Retail . . |
