SPRING CREEK CROSSING PURCHASED FOR INVESTMENT PLANO—Spring Creek Plano Retail LP, a partnership between Centennial Real Estate and Westmount Realty, has purchased the Spring Creek Crossing Shopping Center and the former Castle Furniture Building at the northwest corner of US-75 and Spring Creek Parkway for an undisclosed price. Eddie Liebman and Earl Harris with The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. The two properties together total 85,000 square feet of retail space on six acres of land. In addition, the buyer purchased an adjacent 61,000-square-foot former Albertsons location in a transaction handled by Venture Commercial. The buyer will remodel and re-tenant the three adjacent properties
