WEITZMAN NAMED LEASING AGENT FOR MIXED-USE ROCKWALL COMMONS
RETAIL, OFFICE AND RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
ROCKWALL—Construction is near completion on Rockwall Commons, a mixed-use project with Class A office, retail and restaurant space, as well as a significant residential component. Rockwall Commons, a project of T.F. Stone Companies, Inc., is located on the east side of Ridge Road north of Interstate 30. The Weitzman Group has been named exclusive office and retail leasing agent for the project; Andrew Schendle handles leasing. Rockwall Commons is set for availability in summer 2007. The upscale mixed-use project is the first of its kind in the growing Rockwall market. In addition to views of Lake Ray Hubbard, the project will offer Rockwall’s first underground parking garage. Rockwall Commons will incorporate 30,000 square feet of office space, 14,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and 202 residential units. The project will feature a number of water features, pools, garden and sitting areas, an amphitheater, a jogging track around the entire development and on-site management.
