MONARCH EVENT CENTER LOCATES IN LINCOLN VILLAGE

AUSTIN—Monarch Event Center (MEC) has leased a 17,878-square-foot facility at Lincoln Village, a mall-peripheral center located at the northwest corner of IH-35 and Highway 290 East.

 

Matt Epple with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the shopping center as exclusive project representatives. Don Prater with The Stone Group represented Monarch.

 

Monarch Event Center is a full-service multi-purpose facility catering to musical groups, film premiers, weddings, concerts, theatrical shows, convention conferences, public speakers, training facilities, fund raisers, award ceremonies, television/film productions, private events and other diverse activities.

 

“Our staff and event planners take pride in making every function a special affair, deserving our full attention to accomplish our clients’ goals of having the best events,” said Tom Carter with Monarch. The Lincoln Village location is set to open at the end of May.
