April 4, 2007 PARTY SUPPLIES RETAIL LOCATES IN ARLINGTON ARLINGTON—Pinky’s Party Supplies, a retailer offering a full range of party and event supplies, as well as seasonal merchandise, has leased 5,000 square feet of retail space in Fielder Plaza, a community shopping center located at 1112 N. Fielder Road at its intersection with Randol Mill, for a new location. The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center. Fielder Plaza features a strong line-up of retailers including Tom Thumb grocery,  CVS Pharmacy and Starbucks.
