January 2, 2007 TUESDAY MORNING LOCATES IN IRVING TOWNE CENTER IRVING—Tuesday Morning, a dynamic retail chain of more than 790 stores across the United States specializing in selling deeply discounted, upscale home accessories and gifts, has leased 7,296 square feet of retail space in Irving Towne Center, a Target-anchored center located at 3401 W. Airport Freeway at its intersection with North Belt Line Road. Matt Luedtke with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the lessor, Beltline Airport Fwy J.V. The retailer was represented by Greg Bracchi with The Staubach Co. Tuesday Morning will open in Irving Towne Center, which is peripheral to Irving Mall, on Tuesday, March 6, 2007. The national retailer, based in Dallas, was founded in 1974.
