July 4, 2006 TRS HOME FURNISHINGS LOCATES IN NORTHSIDE MARKETPLACE FORT WORTH—TRS Home Furnishings, which offers name-brand furniture, appliances and electronics through both retail sales and flexible lease programs, has leased 15,000 square feet of retail space in Northside Marketplace, a shopping center located at the intersection of Jacksboro Highway and Ephriham Avenue, for a new location. Sue Hageman and Mark Wohlstadter with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for TRS in cooperation with Weitzman’s Kenny Novorr, who represented Northside Marketplace. TRS, which was founded in 1983, currently operates more than 80 stores throughout the United States. The concept is expanding in Texas.
