SPRINGTOWN—Lonesome Cowboy, L.P., a California-based limited partnership, has purchased Springtown Shopping Center, a 62,718-square-foot community shopping center on 5.8 acres located at 501 Highway 199 East, for an undisclosed price.

Greg McDonald with the Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the purchaser. The seller was represented by Andy Folmer with Harry B. Lucas Company.

Springtown  Shopping Center features a strong community retail line up that includes a 47,718-square-foot Brookshire grocery store, as well as in-line retailers such as Movie Gallery,  Subway, Pizza Plus, Comet Cleaners and Texas Health System. The center was purchased as an investment.
