EURWAY LOCATES IN THE SHOPS AT PRESTON RIDGE

FRISCO—Eurway, a retailer specializing in modern furniture for home and office, stylish lighting and accessories, has leased 15,000 square feet of retail space in The Shops at Preston Ridge, a 60,000-square-foot lifestyle center at the northwest corner of State Highway 121 and Parkwood Lane.  The center is anchored by IKEA, Rooms to Go and Ashley Furniture HomeStore and was completed earlier this year.

Elizabeth Nabholtz with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the center. The retailer was represented by The Staubach Company’s Steve Ewing of the Dallas office and Todd Wallace of the Austin office.

Eurway currently operates one location each in Dallas, Austin and Houston.

The Shops at Preston Ridge benefits from its excellent location, which offers freeway visibility. In addition, the project is adjacent to the new 310,000-square-foot IKEA store, which is estimated to draw 3 million visitors a year. The project is located at one of the most visible locations in the Frisco Bridges area, the largest retail concentration in Texas with Stonebriar Centre mall, The Centre at Preston Ridge and other retail centers.  The Shops at Preston Ridge is a project of Oakridge Investments of Dallas.
