GARLAND—Jumbo Buffet, a Chinese food buffet, has leased 9,000 square feet of retail space in Northstar Plaza, a shopping center located at the southwest corner of Buckingham Road and North Garland Avenue, for a new location.

Richard Polishuk and Matt Luedtke with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for Northstar Plaza. The restaurant was represented by Alfred Goh with Pacific Century Realty.

Northstar’s line-up includes Dollar General, KFC, Whataburger and Save-A-Lot grocery store.
