ETHAN ALLEN LOCATES AT FIREWHEEL TOWN CENTER GARLAND—Ethan Allen, a leading manufacturer and retailer of quality home furnishings, selling a full range of products through an exclusive network of more than 300 interior design centers located in the United States, Canada, and overseas, has leased an 18,000-square-foot to-be-built retail building at Firewheel Town Center, an open-air mall located at the northwest quadrant of SH-190 and SH-78, for a new location. David Schnitzer with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for Ethan Allen. The lessor is Simon Property Group TX LP. The Firewheel Town Center location is set to open in mid-2007. As a manufacturer and retailer, Ethan Allen is uniquely positioned to fulfill the customer’s needs.
