October 24, 2006 CARTER'S LOCATES IN THE CROSSING AT 518 HOUSTON—Carter’s, the largest branded marketer in the United States of apparel exclusively for babies and young children, has leased 3,990 square feet of retail space in The Crossing at 518, a regional retail center located at the northeast corner of FM 518 and Highway 288, for its sixth location in the Houston area. The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for The Crossing at 518. The retailer was represented by NewQuest Properties. The Crossing at 518 is anchored by Wal-Mart Supercenter, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Old Navy and a freestanding JCPenney department store, as well as a line-up of well-known retailers and restaurants.
