HANOVER PROPERTY COMPANY BUYS FRISCO ACREAGE
FOR MASTER-PLANNED COMMUNITY


FRISCO--Hanover Property Company, a developer of master-planned communities, has purchased four contiguous tracts of residential development land totaling 323 acres in Collin County. The four tracts are 162 acres, 60 acres, 80 acres and 21 acres that are bounded on the south side by Panther Creek Parkway and on the north side by Rock Hill Road (the future Virginia Parkway). They are located in Frisco’s city limits and the Prosper Independent School District.

The  Investment Properties Group of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations.

Hanover Property Company plans a future master-planned development on the acreage to be called Miramonte. Hanover was founded in 1984 and operates primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Its principals are Dick LeBlanc and Walter Damon. Hanover is responsible for some of Dallas/Fort Worth’s best-known upscale master-planned communities, including Hidden Lakes, Crawford Farms and Overton Ridge in the Keller area of Northeast Tarrant County, Lowe’s Farm in Mansfield, Mira Lagos in Grand Prairie, Stone Hill Farms in Flower Mound and Westover Estates in Far West Plano.
