September 19, 2006 TACO CABANA LEASES NEW SAN ANTONIO LOCATION SAN ANTONIO—Taco Cabana, a restaurant featuring generous portions of freshly prepared Mexican food at an exceptional value, has leased a 45,302-square-foot pad site at the southeast quadrant of Loop 1604 and Culebra for a new location. David Nicolson, president of the San Antonio office of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations for Taco Cabana. Taco Cabana restaurants, featuring a festive Mexican theme, offer interior and patio dining areas.  Since its start in 1978 as a taco stand in San Antonio, the restaurant operation has grown to more than 138 locations.
