September 4, 2006 CATHERINES LOCATES IN THE CROSSING AT 518 HOUSTON—Catherines Plus Sizes, a retailer offering plus-size classic apparel and accessories for career and casual lifestyles at moderate prices, has leased 3,894 square feet of retail space in The Crossing at 518, a regional retail center located at the northeast corner of FM 518 and Highway 288, for a new location. The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the lessor, The Crossing at 288 SC, Ltd. The retailer was represented by Page Partners. The Crossing at 518 is being built in phases and includes anchors JCPenney, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy and Old Navy, as well as a Wal-Mart Supercenter. The center is a development of Cencor Realty Services. Catherines stores are located in 44 states throughout the Southeastern, Southwestern and Midwestern United States. Today, Catherines is in approximately a third of the major U.S. markets. The new location is set to open in late 2006.
