ACE HARDWARE LOCATES IN KELLER CROSSING KELLER—BRJ Enterprises, LLC, has leased 21,500 square feet of retail space in Keller Crossing, a shopping center located at 1540-1580 Keller Parkway (FM 1709), for a new super-format ACE Hardware store. The new store is scheduled to open in November. Sue Hageman with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations for ACE. David Copeland and Scott Head with Trammell Crow represented the lessor, Keller Crossing Ltd. Partnership. Ace Hardware’s retailers’ stores are located in all 50 states and 70 countries.
