July 4, 2006 TRS HOME FURNISHINGS LOCATES IN REDBIRD II DALLAS—TRS Home Furnishings, a retailer offering name-brand furniture, appliances and electronics through both retail sales and a flexible lease purchase program, has leased 16,632 square feet of space in Redbird II, an industrial project located at 4687 Mint Way. Sue Hageman and Mark Wohlstadter with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations in cooperation with Lincoln Property Company. The lessor is SVF Texas Redbird II, LP. TRS, which was founded in 1983, currently operates more than 80 stores throughout the United States. The concept is expanding in Texas.
