KRYSTAL TO OPEN FIRST DENTON COUNTY LOCATION DENTON—Big Taste Properties, L.P., a Krystal franchisee, has purchased a 40,511-square-foot pad site in Denton Town Crossing, a shopping center located just east of I-35 at the intersection of Loop 288 and Brinker Road. The site will be the first Denton County location of Krystal, an iconic restaurant famous for its square Krystal hamburgers. The new location opens in mid-June. Michelle Caplan, senior vice president with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations in cooperation with John Weber, Jr. with Weber & Company.  Krystal restaurants, founded in 1932, are a Southeast institution, famous for their speed of service, quality, value and cleanliness. The chain is expanding in the D/FW area.
