May 18, 2006 CENCOR COMPLETES THE OAKS AT COUNTRY MORNING SAN ANTONIO—Cencor Realty Services has completed construction on The Oaks at Country Morning, a 16,200-square-foot shopping center located on Thousand Oaks Drive just east of Jones Maltsberger Road. Michael Schoenbrun, city partner in San Antonio for Cencor, directed the development. Karen Waring, regional asset manager and director of property management for Cencor San Antonio, is responsible for asset and property management of the center. Chuck Hartley, assistant vice president with Cencor’s brokerage affiliate, The Weitzman Group, handles leasing. The Oaks at Country Morning features a line-up that includes Washington Mutual, Sprint, Frida's Mexican and Latin Cuisine and LT Salon. The Oaks at Country Morning benefits from its location in a community that is both fast growing and affluent. The population in the trade area exceeds 80,000 and is expected to increase to nearly 90,000 within four years. The average household income within a three-mile radius of the center is nearly $80,000, and the three-mile radius trade area reports a daytime population of more than 40,000 employees.
