April 25, 2006 BROKERS NATIONAL LIFE LEASES HQ SPACE IN AUSTIN AUSTIN—Brokers National Life Assurance Company, a life and health insurance company that operates in 36 states nationwide, has leased 20,337 square feet of space in Center of the Hills, located at 7010 Highway 71 West in Oak Hill, for its corporate headquarters. David Simmonds and Parker Estes with the Austin Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, handled negotiations as leasing agents for Center of the Hills, in cooperation Richard  Skinner with Ranger Realty, who represented the tenant. The lessor, Kimco Austin, L.P., was represented by Jenny Reynolds with Kimco Realty Corporation. Brokers National Life Assurance Company operates through approximately 5,000 brokers and general agents and offers life insurance, annuities and work-site products like dental and vision insurance.
