April 4, 2006 FIERY GEMS LOCATES IN FIREWHEEL MARKET GARLAND—Fiery Gems, a retailer that specializes in fashionable clothing, accessories and costume and fashion jewelry, has leased 6,263 square feet of retail space in Firewheel Market, a 106,600-square-foot specialty lifestyle retail center located at the northeast quadrant of SH-190 and SH-78, peripheral to Firewheel Town Center Mall. Earl Harris with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. The Weitzman Group is exclusive leasing agent for Firewheel Market. Fiery Gem, which offers the most current up-to-date fashion trends, will open its third area location in Firewheel Market. The jeweler also operates locations in Dallas and Mesquite. Firewheel Market, which features a line-up of specialty and lifestyle retailers and restaurants, is designed to offer “Main Street” style and convenience. Firewheel Market is also the first project to open peripheral to Firewheel Town Center mall, D/FW’s first modern open-air mall that opened in fall 2005.
