WEITZMAN NAMED EXCLUSIVE AGENT FOR WESTWOOD FINANCIAL RETAIL PROJECTS IN DALLAS, LAS COLINAS DALLAS--The Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group has been named exclusive retail leasing agent for two high-profile projects of Westwood Financial Corp., a California-based retail property owner and operator. The projects are: The Village of Preston Hollow, a community/specialty retail center located at the northeast corner of Northwest Highway and Midway Road. The center has a strong line-up that includes La Madeleine, Honey Baked Ham, Original House of Pancakes, Starbucks, Aveda Salon, Edward Jones, Great Clips, Washington Mutual and anchor Albertsons grocery store.
