LOCATES IN SHOPS AT PRESTON RIDGE FRISCO—The Leather Sofa Co., a retailer specializing in custom-built leather furniture, has leased 4,000 square feet in The Shops at Preston Ridge, a specialty retail center now under construction at SH-121 and Parkwood, peripheral to Stonebriar Centre Mall. Elizabeth Nabholtz with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. The lessor is BPR West, LP. The Leather Sofa Co. offers custom-ordered leather furniture delivered in four to five weeks. The furniture is locally built and manufactured. The Shops at Preston Ridge location is the fourth in D/FW for the retailer and is set to open in winter 2006.
