DALLAS--Ryan Stempf has joined Weitzman, a leading Texas-based commercial real estate services firm, as its Chief Investment Relations Officer. In this capacity, Stempf’s focus will be on equity fundraising, investor relations, investment strategy and deal sourcing.
He began his career with Dallas-based real estate private equity firm, Thackeray Partners.

Stempf’s extensive commercial real estate background includes investor relations, fund raising and the formation of investment strategies. He also has experience with all aspects of real estate investment, including deal sourcing, property acquisitions, asset management and disposition. Stempf has a diverse understanding of retail, multifamily, industrial and office properties across numerous markets within the United States. Over his career, he has acquired more than $400 million worth of properties, asset managed projects worth over $1.1 billion and was involved in the sale of properties with a combined value of over half a billion dollars.
Stempf’s civic duties include serving on the board for Promise House, a Dallas-based non-profit which serves to help at-risk youth with housing and education needs. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Stempf received his Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
