DALLAS—Matthew Rosenfeld, an experienced real estate investment brokerage professional, has been promoted to senior vice president with Weitzman, the leading retail-focused commercial real estate brokerage and related services firms based in Texas. Rosenfeld handles retail tenant representation and acquisition, land sales, building disposition and investment sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. His areas of focus include the urban core, where he works on mixed-use and retail redevelopment projects, in addition to representing retailer and restaurant clients.
Prior to joining Weitzman, Rosenfeld was a professional golfer. During that time, he competed on the PGA Tour, Web.com Tour, European Tour and Asian Tour. His most notable achievement was winning the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship.
Rosenfeld is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and is a board member for Young Texans Against Cancer. He has been recognized as one of Weitzman's statewide top producers and is currently ranked as a Power Broker by D CEO Magazine. In 2018, national publication Connect Media recognized him as one of the Top 10 Brokers in Texas.
Rosenfeld received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Red McCombs Business School at the University of Texas at Austin. He was an academic All-American scholar in addition to being a 3-time All-American on the UT Men’s Golf team.
